Registering on vFairs

Click the link provided below to access the vFairs system and create a submitter account. Use your first name, last name, and email address to register. Be sure to save your login details, as you’ll need the same account to log in and review your submissions.

Submitting an Abstract

After logging in, click the Submit Abstract button to begin your submission. The process involves completing four sections:

• Instructions
• Abstract Submission Form
• Authors
• Review

Fill out and carefully review each section to ensure your submission is completed successfully.

Please refer to the following instructions before continuing.

Guidance on Poster Submission Fields:

• Abstract Title: The title/topic that individuals will see when navigating through the list of posters during the event.
• Abstract Topics: Please select the session topic that aligns with your abstract:
  • Structure and Function
  • Mechanisms of RNA Pathways
  • Oligonucleotide Drugs, Modifications, and Delivery
  • mRNA Therapeutics
  • Editing
  • Translating Discoveries into the Clinic
  • Initiatives in Education and DEI
• Presenting Author: The name of the abstract presenter.
• Keywords: Please use the topic that you submitted your abstract under:
  • Structure and Function
  • Mechanisms of RNA Pathways
  • Oligonucleotide Drugs, Modifications, and Delivery
  • mRNA Therapeutics
  • Editing
  • Translating Discoveries into the Clinic
  • Initiatives in Education and DEI
  • Other: add your topic
